When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone, and email. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and messages. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles all payments securely. We also collect basic technical info (browser, device, pages visited) to keep the site working.

Why we collect it
Only to run the business: to process and deliver orders, answer questions, and improve the site. With your permission, we may occasionally share offers — tell us to stop anytime and we will.

Who we share it with
Your name, address, and phone go to our courier (so we can deliver), and payment info to Razorpay. That's it. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it
As long as needed to run the business and meet Indian tax rules. Ask us to delete your details anytime, and we will — unless the law requires us to keep records.
