About us
Hey Organica makes handmade organic soaps, shampoos, and skincare in small batches in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Products
Everything's handmade, so colour, texture, scent, and look may vary slightly between batches — that's normal, not a defect. Photos are for illustration; your item may differ a little. Our products are cosmetics for external use only — not medicines, and not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure anything.

Skin sensitivity
Natural doesn't mean everyone suits every ingredient. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients and patch test first. Stop use and see a doctor if irritation occurs. We're not liable for allergic or adverse reactions.

Orders & pricing
Prices are in INR, taxes included unless stated. If something's listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we'll contact you to fix or cancel and refund it. Payments run through Razorpay; your order is confirmed once payment clears.

Shipping
We ship across India — dispatched in 1-2 business days, arriving in 5-7. Flat ₹49, free over ₹499, free within Bareilly. Timelines are estimates; courier or weather delays aren't our responsibility. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns, refunds & cancellations
Being personal care items, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery (hygiene + safety). If it arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll fix it. Cancellations only before packing/shipping. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Intellectual property
All content — text, photos, logo, brand name, design — belongs to Hey Organica. Don't copy or reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law
Governed by Indian law; disputes fall under the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
